Bridgette, Our Massage Therapist
From a young age, I felt called to help others heal, recover, and feel their best. That passion led me to massage therapy, where I spent two years studying Advanced Therapeutic Massage Techniques and Shiatsu, a practice rooted in Chinese medicine. After graduating in 2019, I dedicated the next five years to helping clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and recover from physical stress through targeted therapeutic bodywork.
My approach combines deep tissue therapy, sports massage, injury rehabilitation, and relaxation techniques tailored to each client’s needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic muscular tension, recovering from a car accident, healing from an acute injury, or simply needing full-body therapeutic care, every session is designed to support your recovery and overall well-being.
I specialize in:
Deep Tissue Massage
Sports Massage & Recovery
Car Accident & Whiplash Recovery
Acute & Chronic Injury Treatment
Therapeutic & Relaxation Massage
Muscle Tension & Stress Relief
Mobility & Range of Motion Support
Every treatment is personalized to help relieve pain, improve function, and bring balance back to the body. My goal is not only to help clients feel better during the session, but to support long-term healing, recovery, and physical wellness.
