Sports Chiropractic
Minnesota winters leave our bodies cold and out of shape; be sure to get a tune up from your chiropractor before you break in your new cleats. Chiropractic is great for preventing sports injuries. A thorough physical exam and spinal check up allows for early detection of problems before they end up as injuries. But, accidents do happen and we have specific techniques to help heal sports related injuries. Sports injuries are treated differently than the average low back pain patient. The reason being, most athletes are young and have a faster healing time. Typically athletes respond well to chiropractic treatment.

Our goal at Club West Chiropractic is not only to get you out of pain as quickly as possible, but to keep you out of pain and prevent future injuries. We use chiropractic adjustments, as well as other modalities to help speed up the healing process. The most typically used therapies are electrical muscle stimulation, muscular ultrasound therapy, Kinesiotape, and Graston. The goal of the supplemental therapy is to decrease inflammation, increase range of motion, and of course decrease pain.
